The TD502 Speed Gate Turnstile is designed for secure and efficient pedestrian entrance management. It combines a slim SUS304 stainless-steel cabinet, a reliable brushless DC motor and eight pairs of infrared sensors to provide smooth operation, intelligent safety protection and fast pedestrian flow.
The gate is compatible with IC/ID card readers, ID document readers, QR code scanners, facial recognition terminals and third-party access control systems. With an adjustable passage width of 550–1,200 mm, it can be configured for standard pedestrian lanes, luggage access and wider accessible entrances.
The TD502 is suitable for office buildings, commercial centers, residential communities, schools, industrial parks and other controlled entrances.

1. Slim and Durable Stainless-Steel Cabinet
The cabinet is manufactured from 1.5 mm SUS304 stainless steel, providing a strong and stable structure for long-term use.
Precision grooving technology reduces cabinet gaps and creates a clean, modern appearance. The cabinet is only 120 mm wide, making it suitable for entrances where space efficiency and visual design are important.
2. Reliable Brushless DC Motor
The TD502 uses a brushless DC drive mechanism featuring automatic self-check after power-on, low maintenance requirements and stable operation.
The mechanism is designed for at least five million normal operating cycles, making it suitable for frequently used pedestrian entrances.
3. Flexible Passage Width up to 1,200 mm
The passage width can be configured from 550 to 1,200 mm according to the project layout.
A wider passage can accommodate wheelchair users, pedestrians carrying luggage and other accessibility requirements. For a 1,100 mm passage, the gate wing clearance is approximately 50 mm when closed.
4. Efficient Pedestrian Flow
The TD502 supports a throughput of approximately 20–60 people per minute, depending on the selected access mode and pedestrian conditions.
Its passage memory function records multiple consecutive authorizations. The gate remains open until all authorized users have passed, helping improve efficiency during peak periods.
5. Eight-Pair Infrared Safety Protection
Eight pairs of infrared sensors monitor pedestrian movement throughout the passage.
If a person or obstacle is detected while the gate is closing, the system activates an audible warning and prevents the gate wing from continuing to close. If the wing encounters resistance, the motor stops or the wing rebounds to the open position.
6. Anti-Tailgating and Unauthorized Entry Detection
The gate uses pedestrian tracking technology to help detect tailgating and unauthorized entry.
When a person attempts to enter without valid authorization, the system activates audible and visual alarms. The infrared detection system is designed to operate reliably in different indoor and outdoor conditions.

8. LED and Custom Voice Notifications

Different audible and visual notifications can be provided for authorized access, unauthorized entry and abnormal passage. Customized voice messages can also be configured for different operating environments.
9. Automatic Reset and Pedestrian Counting
If an authorized user does not pass within the preset time, the system automatically cancels the current access permission.
The TD502 also supports separate entry and exit counting, helping operators understand pedestrian flow and improve site management.
10. Emergency Opening and Fire Alarm Integration
During a power failure, the gate wings automatically open to provide free passage.
A dedicated fire alarm interface allows the gates to open automatically when an emergency signal is received, supporting safe and rapid evacuation.
11. Enhanced Electrical Safety
The gate includes a residual-current protection device to improve electrical safety during installation and operation.
The operating voltage of the internal electrical modules does not exceed 24V, helping reduce electrical risks for installation and maintenance personnel.
12. Easy Installation and Maintenance
The master controller uses a one-to-one control design. Only a four-core cable is required between the master and secondary cabinets, simplifying site wiring and future maintenance.
The acrylic gate wing uses a clamp-style mounting structure, making replacement faster and more convenient.
